I consider my self the most amateur of photographers. I don't shoot on a regular basis, and aside from my photos serving as memories of a time and place, I never really know what else to do with them. After a recent trip to Oregon I decided to join Unsplash, "the most generous community of photographers". Every photo on Unsplash is uploaded with the understanding it can be downloaded for use personally, commercially and permission free. Pretty sweet. So far I've made it to the featured page a couple of times racking up around 180,000 views and 1,500 downloads, and counting. It's a cool and mysterious feeling not knowing where my photos may show up one day. You can visit my profile here.
Stoked to have this thing working again.
I took some time to relax and paint this past weekend. Fronds have been top of mind lately when it comes to painting and I don't see that changing anytime soon. Here's to summer '17.
I remember stumbling upon this video around 5 years ago, every so often I remember to look it up again. It's still the coolest thing on the internet.
The past year and a half has been a wild one, it's taken some time adjusting to a new routine in Boston. It has also been hard finding time to devote to my personal work and site. So, here we go.
